Tammy Krueckl is a Saskatoon based educator, facilitator, youth mentor, artist and clothing designer who is passionate about community development and inspiring others to find their own unique gifts and talents. Part of the SCYAP Team since 2007, Tammy is responsible for implementing and overseeing art based programming to the diverse schools and community organizations SCYAP works with by meeting the ever-changing needs of the program participants as well as creating positive work experiences for the SCYAP Art Leader staff. She provides leadership and direction for SCYAP’s large-scale community mural and design projects, SCYAP’s Corporate Gift Line and SCYAP’s “Beyond Limits” initiative, including client relations, development of design and site management. Lastly Tammy oversees SCYAP’s social media marketing and handles the bookings for the SCYAP Art Gallery. Tammy holds a B.Sc., H.Ec., from the University of Alberta and a B.Ed. from the University of Saskatchewan. She has experience teaching in the secondary school system, developing and facilitating life skills workshops, GED prep, as well as delivering art and sewing skill development classes. Currently Tammy is the Projects Manager at SCYAP and the Sewing Circle Coordinator with the Saskatoon Mothers’ Centre. In her free time she operates a sewing studio where she creates one of a kind gowns for her clients. Tammy has been married since forever and is the proud mom of 2 twenty something adults.
