An easy and fun scarecrow craft perfect for fall!
Materials
-popsicle sticks
-hot glue gun or tacky glue
-cardboard
-felt
-scrap fabric
-craft items such as buttons, googly eyes, fake flowers, ribbon, etc.
-marker
-scissors
Instructions
1. Line about 10 or 11 popsicle sticks together so that they create a square. Take 2 more popsicle sticks and put glue on them and then stick them onto the stack of popsicle sticks you have arranged earlier. This square of sticks measures 4 inches by 4 1/2 inches.
2. Cut a piece of cardboard for your hat. This piece measures 4 inches by 3 1/2 inches.
Cut out a piece of fabric that is the same size as your cardboard and glue it on. Cut out a long rectangle piece of fabric for the bottom of the hat.
3. Glue your hat on the popsicle sticks. Add googly eyes, a felt nose, and decorate the hat. Draw on a smile with a marker.
